      Description

The Mazza Museum is the first and largest Teaching Museum of Original
Children's Book Art in the World. The Mazza collection began in 1982 to
help celebrate the 100th anniversary of Findlay College. With the
generous gift of two Findlay College alumni, the collection began with
four pieces of art, valued at $1,700. Today, the Mazza Museum houses
more than 3,000 original illustrations.

/The mission of the Mazza Museum at The University of Findlay is to
promote literacy through its educational programs and to collect,
