*Usability Testing for the Web*
The goal of this workshop is to introduce fundamental concepts, 
principles, and techniques for user testing and evaluation on the Web. 
Methods covered include heuristics, user/needs analysis, and task 
analysis. Techniques for data collection and analysis, along with report 
creation and presentation will also be covered. Students will gain 
hands-on experience with usability testing methods and procedure. Upon 
completion of this workshop, students will be able to understand the 
methods and techniques for conducting usability testing; and will have 
gained hands-on experience with usability testing
