*Jay Burton* currently is the Head of Professional Development at the 
State Library of Ohio

school teacher, Jay brings over 20 years experience in public library 
settings including a small library in Park City, Utah and currently, 
part-time reference librarian at the Columbus Metropolitan Library 
<http://www.cml.lib.oh.us/>.


      Description

"10 to 4 Reference" is a day-long class designed for new library staff 
or a veteran wanting a good review. Covers basic customer service and 
reference behavior skills. Includes hands on practice and review of 
essential print reference resources and several core OPLIN databases.


      Meal

Light snacks and lunch will be provided


      Audience

This class is open to all librarians and library staff.
