[OPLINLIST] Popular Subscription Service

We are having a real problem with PSS-we paid our invoice for renewals in
June and recently found we were not getting issues.  The publishers say they
did not receive our renewals, PSS is claiming they sent them.  These are
magazines we have subscribe to for years!
Has anyone else had trouble with this company?  We left EBSCO for various
reasons a few years ago, but this is ridiculous!
