[OPLINLIST] internet filters

I am interested in what policies different libraries have regarding turning
off the internet filters, upon request.  I know some libraries have software
that the patrons themselves can turn the filters off and they automatically
come back on.  What about the libraries that don't have that capability?  Is
it a huge hassle for you to turn these off & on?  I guess I am more
interested in the policies themselves on turning filters off.
