[OPLINLIST] NoveList feature: linking directly to/from your library's OPAC

I believe that it used to appear in a separate window prior to the 
Novelist interface change a week or so ago.  Apparently this is the new 
behavior for Polaris.  Not sure how other catalogs handle it.  Perhaps 
someone from Clark County could elaborate more on this?
