[OPLINLIST] Stumper...World's Greatest ?? ?? Fair....

Okay, collective brains....here goes.
   
  Patron came in tonight with this description of a book that her 6th grade teacher read to the class.  She remembers this book as being "really thick" with a yellow cover.  I would say this patron is in her 20s, so that may or may not date the story.  It could have been an older book.
   
  She also remembers it as a humorous story with lots of weird names.
   
  She thinks that the title, or part of the title might be something along the lines of World's Greatest ________ __________ Fair.  Or maybe that's not the title, but it's a big part of the story.
