[OPLINLIST] SOMACS contract signed

For those libraries who are waiting for news about the SOMACS
contract before they file their E-rate Form 471 for SOMACS T1
circuits:

We have received word that the Office of Information Technology and
AT&T have signed the amendments that revise and extend the SOMACS
contract. We are still waiting, however, to learn the contract
details you will need. Specifically, we do not yet have the official
contract number or contract award date, both of which you will need
to file for E-rate. We will send out that information as soon as we
have it, probably this afternoon.
