[OPLINLIST] OHIONET phone system upgrade; possible brief outage

Greetings, friends! 

In hopes of better serving you, OHIONET will be upgrading its existing phone
system this Friday, February 20th at 9:00 a.m. During this upgrade, there
may be an approximately 15-minute phone service disruption. Voicemail boxes
are also affected, so if you need to get in touch with an OHIONET staff
member during that 15-minute window of time, please feel free to e-mail
instead. (A listing of all staff members and their e-mail addresses can be
found here: http://www.ohionet.org/staff .)

We are hopeful that this new phone system will be easier for you--our
members and the library community at large--to navigate, by directing your
call to the appropriate staff member more quickly and efficiently. Thank you
in advance for your patience with us as we upgrade.
