[OPLINLIST] Annual planning

Good afternoon,

 

We are in the process of revamping our annual planning process and are
curious as to how other comparably sized libraries undertake annual
planning.  If you have a great process and wouldn't mind sharing, please
email me directly.  

 

Our relevant numbers:

 

3 facilities (two libraries and a cataloging center)

Annual circulation: 2.2 million

Registered borrowers: 72,000

Budget:  $6.9 Million

Staff:  95 FTE

Collection: 400,000
