[OPLINLIST] book binding/rebinding

I know fewer and fewer of us are doing this these days, but does anybody 
have a book binder you could recommend or whom they have used the last 
time you had books bound or rebound?  There is a church in my area with 
some volumes that they would like to have rebound.
