Hi All,

The Heights Libraries in Cleveland Heights/University Heights have a
newly created Job Resource Center featuring a display of resume and
interview books, county and state job assistance information, pamphlets
and brochures from local organizations, resume templates, and more. A
dedicated computer is stationed in this center with links to helpful
online resources including the following websites:

LinkedIn www.linkedin.com

CareerBuilder www.careeerbuilder.com

Yahoo! HotJobs www.hotjobs.yahoo.com

SimplyHired www.simplyhired.com

Indeed www.indeed.com

LinkUp www.linkup.com

Career OneStop www.careeronestop.com

NationJob www.nationjob.com

BestJobsUSA www.bestjobsusa.com

Staff chose these sites for their relevance in the local area and for
their popularity over all.

Subject: [OPLINLIST] Job help websites

Hi, all -

OPLIN has been reviewing "job help" websites, like the State Library's

"Find Help in Tough Times" (http://library.ohio.gov/toughtimes) and the

documents and discussion sections of WebJunction Ohio's "Helping Job

Seekers in Ohio" (http://oh.webjunction.org/ohlibservjobs). While there
is

a little information on WJOhio about what libraries are doing to help
job

seekers, there's not a lot of information about what websites are being

used.

So how about sharing some information here on OPLINLIST? What are your

favorite job help websites, and why?

Stephen
