[OPLINLIST] public computer classes

Due to a rash of patrons who signed up for very difficult (word processing, spreadsheets) computer classes and demonstrated NO knowledge of a keyboard, as well as mouse, we formulated a class covering both.  Although it's often not completely, we haven't had to cancel it for a while now.
