The following libraries may notice intermittent 
connectivity this afternoon as we troubleshoot a 
possible issue at the OPLIN core.

A card has been replaced and is now in the hands of 
AT&T so they can verify their equipment.

**Note - one of the sites involved is NEO.  If you are 
a member library, you may experience loss of 
connectivity with them as well.
