We have PC Reliance. The good feature is being able to set the time for computers. We started with an hour a patron and have changed to 45 minutes with the ability to log on again if no one is waiting. Also no arguing with library patrons about ending their sessions. You can extend time on the PACs from the reference desk. On the down side patrons have to save their work or loose it when the session ends. An hour is usually necessary to complete an online application. Also sometimes if we have had internet problems where the PC Reliance cannot verify patrons we end up giving passes for the day to individuals defeating the attempt to have definate time limits.
