[OPLINLIST] 2010 PLF

Hello all:
Trying to work on 2010 contingency budget IF our levy fails to pass. We have
been bouncing around a number of scenarios. Does anyone have a clearer
picture through their crystal ball? I appreciate any more definite estimates
(is that an oxymoron?)
