Greetings!

Time is running out for you or a fellow staff member to register for
OHIONET’s workshop, *Copyright and the Library: Everything You Need to Know
But May Be Too Afraid to Ask**. **We all know that** *copyright issues are
some of the trickiest topics in libraries. Join Cindy Kristof - part of the
American Library Association’s Copyright Advisory Network - and her
colleague Kara L. Robinson as they bring attendees up to date on current
copyright legislation, past iterations of copyright law that you may not be
aware of, and how both may affect your library today and in the future.
Topics include: “fair use,” the TEACH Act, Section 108 Review, and Orphan
Works. Bring your own questions, as these and “real-life” scenarios will
spur discussion! (Please note: The information provided in this workshop is
not legal advice and not meant to substitute for professional legal
counsel.)
