[OPLINLIST] Vacation Policies

We are looking at changing portions of our vacation policy, particularly how
staff can carry over unused hours from one year to the next and when and how
earned vacation hours are made available to staff.

 

In short, how many hours or percentages of their weekly hours do you allow
employees to carry over from year to year and how and when are earned
vacation hours made available to employees?
