Just for grins I asked OPLIN and they provided the last 7 days in a nice 
chart.
A summary is:
Utilization ~ 95th percentile: Receive  70.5 %    Transmit   9.1 %
Peaks were   Th 75%    Fr 45%    Sa 20%   Su 10%   Mo 35%   Tu 65%    We 98%

Wednesday was sustained for a few hours.The rest seemed to average  
under 35 %

95th percentile


I remembered our firewall has graphs and found these.

95th percentile point on our week chart is located about 125k on left side.
