Just to make sure everyone is clear...

While the Connect Ohio survey of people who use library Internet 
computers is accessible to anyone anywhere 
(http://www.connectohio.org/survey/), the questions will make no sense 
to anyone outside a library building. The survey is only intended for 
library patrons accessing the Internet from ~inside~ a library building.
