[OPLINLIST] Locked CD Cases

Hi!  I am trying to locate lockable CD cases which we purchased many years ago from Gaylord.  They hold four CDs and are imprinted with "Visi Window Case".  We are still using them and our CD collection has grown beyond what we currently own.  Unfortunately, we are unable to purchase them from Gaylord as they have been discontinued.  

If any library has these cases around and are not still using them please let me know.  Thanks so much!
