Using Performance Metrics for Greater Success

How do you know if you are getting the most value from every aspect of
your collection? How can you be sure you are maximizing the success of
your programming and services? How can you prove to funders and/or
donors that you are effective/productive/efficient at what you do? How
can you check if you are really serving your community or constituents?
You can answer all of these questions by making performance metrics an
important and strategic part of your annual and daily planning. 

The workshop will provide you with: 

*	A number of tools and techniques to review and analyze your
major initiatives in a quantitative manner that is based on facts not
opinions. 
*	A guide to better decisions regarding allocation of resources. 
*	A means to improve your funder/donor initiatives by making them
more persuasive.
