[OPLINLIST] Free a/v cases available

Good afternoon,

We have the following unused cases available to libraries on the US Cargo
delivery schedule or for pickup:

	DVD cases in 4, 5, and 6 capacities (in limited quantities).
	VHS cases, singles and doubles (a few dozens of each)
	Audiocassette albums in various capacities from 1-20+ (dozens of
each size)
