Health Care Reform Update: What's New and What's Next

Agenda:
Jennifer Dunsizer and Jolie Havens, from Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease
LLP, will provide an overview of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care
Act of 2010 (commonly referred to as health care reform). The presentation
will focus on the impact of health care reform on employers and highlight
what has changed since enactment (amendments and interpretive guidance) and
the steps employers should take to prepare for the next waves of changes. A
question and answer period will be included.

Speakers:

Jennifer Dunsizer is of counsel in the Vorys Columbus office. Her practice
focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation plans. As former
Managing Corporate Counsel for a large, publicly traded employer, Ms.
Dunsizer has extensive experience in retirement plans, deferred
compensation, insurance benefits, short- and long-term cash and equity-based
incentive plans, early retirement programs, public company disclosure
obligations, and merger and acquisition activity.

Jolie Havens is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office. She specializes
in health care compliance and reimbursement, along with employee health and
welfare benefits. She has counseled adult and children's hospitals,
physicians, pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers, home health agencies,
ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic centers, and faculty practice plans.
Ms. Havens also advises employers and group health plans in all industries
on compliance issues related to the Employment Retirement Income Security
Act (ERISA), the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), the
Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), HIPAA
privacy, security and portability, Medicare Part D, and Medicare secondary
payer and coordination of benefits issues.

Trustees, administrators, fiscal officers, human resources staff, or anyone
interested in the implementation of health care reform in public libraries.
