I am pleased to report that on December 23, 2011, Neal-Schuman Publishers will join ALA Publishing.

Attached is a news release providing more detail on this exciting development.

I should point out that we are not able to share details on the financial until the closing is final. President Molly Raphael, Treasurer Jim Neal and I will be sending Councilors more information on the financial side of the transaction and other transitional details next Wednesday.
