Need some free training on KnowItNow24x7 software and procedures?
Interested in a free reference service refresher?
Wondering what KnowItNow24x7 is all about?

There are still spots available at several training sessions scheduled for around Ohio this summer.

July 22 - Xenia Community Library (part of the Greene County Public Library)
http://provider.knowitnow.org/newsletter/kin24x7-training-greene-county-public-library-july-22

August 24 - Washington County Public Library (Marietta)
http://provider.knowitnow.org/newsletter/kin24x7-training-washington-county-public-library-august-24

Both venues will have a morning session on the software and procedures specific to staffing KnowItNow24x7 and an afternoon session focused on advanced reference skills helpful to both virtual and in-person reference service.

Current KnowItNow24x7 providers, prospective providers, or those curious about the statewide collaborative reference service are welcome to attend.

To sign-up or inquire about more upcoming training sessions, please contact support at knowitnow.org.
