[OPLINLIST] Summer Reading Program evaluation reminder

This notice is being cross-posted to Library Youth Services and
OPLINlist to ensure it reaches every public library.  Thank you.

 

 

The Ohio Summer Reading Program evaluation is open at:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/srpeval2011

 

This evaluation is for all public libraries in Ohio offering a SRP this
summer, regardless of the theme used or age group(s) served.  When your
library has completed its SRP and compiled the participation/attendance
statistics, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey.  

 

Your participation will help the State Library, Regional Library
Systems, cooperating state agencies, and the Collaborative Summer
Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future
SRPs.  It will also allow us to communicate the breadth of participation
in library SRPs to decision makers, media, and communities across Ohio.
We are striving for a 100% response rate from Ohio public libraries.

 

One response per library system is requested.  Please make sure one
representative of your library is responsible for completing the survey.
However, if individual branches of a system maintain separate SRP
records, each may complete the survey for itself.  Just so every summer
reader is counted once and only once!
