[OPLINLIST] Disposal of Computers & Vendor Licence

Hello all:
Hope your late spring is going well. I am interested in how libraries,
especially rural libraries, dispose of computers. Do you allow staff to
silent bid? Do you put them in the book sale?

Speaking of book sales... how many libraries have a vendor's licence to
collect sales tax? I've been told that we really should have one -- even our
Friends -- and it really makes sense.
