[OPLINLIST] Apps for iPad

Our library recently purchased an iPad and we wanted to purchase a few apps for it.  We did purchase one app and we were charged tax.  When we called the Apple Store and spoke with a business rep, he stated only schools were tax exempt.  Have any other libraries purchased apps for their iPad?  Were you charged tax?  

We would appreciate any assistance.
