[OPLINLIST] Survey: 2012 CSLP summer reading manual delivery preferences

This notice is being cross-posted to Library Youth Services and
OPLINlist to ensure it reaches every public library.  Please verify that
only one person from your library system submits this survey to the
State Library.

 

While your summer reading programs haven't even started yet, it's
already time to put together the order for 2012 manuals from the
Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP).  

 

You have some options regarding number and format of manuals to be
shipped to your library.  Please specify your preferences by completing
this short survey by Friday, June 3 (yes, get it out of the way before
your SRP starts!):

2012 CSLP Manual Preferences

 

While this survey isn't required, it's strongly recommended if your
library:

*	needs a different number of manuals for next year;
*	wants them delivered to a specific individual;
*	would like to save paper by receiving the manual on DVD only;
and/or
*	needs a CD-ROM version of the manual

 

This survey is different from the annual SRP Evaluation, which will be
announced later this week and made available for completion starting in
mid-June.

 

If you have any questions about this survey, the statewide SRP
Evaluation, or CSLP resources, or any last-minute needs for your summer
reading program, don't hesitate to contact me.
