[OPLINLIST] Ohio eBook Revisited

Hello all!
Received some wonderful clarification and policy info that I was not aware
of -- so, issuing library cards to out-of-state patrons will not be an
option when it comes to accessing the eBook collection. We probably get more
requests then many other libraries for "out of state" cards since we are on
the border of Indiana and less than 30 miles from Fort Wayne. Thanks to all
who responded.
