Subject: Police reports about stolen library items

My staff brought up the topic about police reports that patrons can file online. How, or do we accept their own filed statement, printed out as a reason to forgive the cost of items (valued under $1,000) that the patron claims have been stolen? See the attached screen print.

Is this something to discuss at the next PubTech meeting - or does it only apply to Main & South?
