[OPLINLIST] Public Fax Service disclaimers

Good morning!
I am look for public fax service *policies* (what does your policy say
about privacy/confidentiality since staff will be the ones
sending/receiving on behalf of patron) and *disclaimer language you may
have on your cover sheet for public library public fax service*.

I found samples from medical, etc. industry...but has anyone crafted policy
and disclaimers for this service specifically for public library who may
offer this as a service for a fee?
