We are just two weeks away from Everyday Advocacy: Telling Your Library
Story.

More and more of your library colleagues are signing up for Everyday
Advocacy each day. Here are the reasons why.

The morning features a two-hour, hands-on communications workshop led by
Ruth Milligan, co-curator of TEDxColumbus and consultant. In the
afternoon, there are ten breakout session options, including ones hosted by:

   - Nancy Dowd, author of Bite-Sized Marketing: Realistic Solutions for
   the Overworked Librarian
   - Judith Gibbons, member of Coalition of Library Advocates and ALA
   Advocacy University volunteer corps
   - Mandy Knapp, grassroots advocacy veteran and Library Journal Mover and
   Shaker
   - Rachel Rubin, Director of the Bexley Public Library
   - Ashlee Tominey and Marsha McDevitt-Stredney, coordinators of Snapshot
   Day
   - David Miller, Editor of the Sentinel-Tribune and former State Library
board member, and Michael Penrod, Director of the Wood County District
   Public Library
   - A team of Library Geeks--Shea Alltmont, Communications Manager at the
Delaware County District Library; Linn Edvardsen, Geek the Library Program
Manager; Michelle Ramsell, Director of the Tuscarawas County Public
Library; and Babette Wofter, Director of the Licking County Library

Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear closing remarks from
Alison Circle, Chief Customer Experience Officer for the Columbus
Metropolitan Library and Library Journal Mover and Shaker.

Come join us! Spaces are still available to register at
http://www.ohionet.org/everyday-advocacy.

We are looking forward to seeing you and your colleagues on April 25!

Sincerely,
