[OPLINLIST] Ohio's Third Grade Reading Guarantee - updated Guidance Document from ODE

The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) has recently released an updated
Guidance Document for implementation of the Third Grade Reading
Guarantee (TGRG).  This document, directed to school districts and
community schools, can also offer librarians and other interested people
a thorough overview of the TGRG legislation and its requirements.  If
you have already been following the TGRG, the document is clearly marked
as to the latest changes, including the impact of recent legislation
(House Bill 555).
