[OPLINLIST] clarification

Just to clarify, I don't subscribe to SEOCAT or SEOLIB lists. I didn't even
know that they existed. So apparently there were messages posted there
regarding the phone problems at SEO.

We are not full members of SEO. We borrow items through the consortium, but
we do not lend. Not sure what these lists are and if I should subscribe.
