[OPLINLIST] paperback romance standing order plans

Dear Collective Brain,

We're looking into standing order plans for romance paperbacks.  The
distributors have different kinds of plans, but we're also looking into
plans that come directly from the publisher.  Does anyone out there have
that kind of plan in place?  If so, what do you think of it?
