PreTeen and Teen Programming Specialist  (20-24 hours / week; hourly range:
$11-12 / hour)

 

High energy, enthusiastic personality needed for a position in the Junior
Department at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library. Background in childhood
development, familiarity with and the ability to use technology which
appeals to this age group, and familiarity with age appropriate literature
and media essential and necessary. Age appropriate program examples: Teen
computer lab sessions, Wii competitions, reading clubs, craft programs, game
days, homework help, etc.

 

Schedule will include weekend and evening hours. Must have a BA (minimum) in
a relevant field, valid driver's license, and be willing to travel locally
as well as attend meetings in the region and state. Employment contingent
upon a successful completion of a state and national background check.
