[OPLINLIST] Question about a Notary Public at the Library

We are pretty much the same as Westerville - No written policy, reimburse
staff for expenses and the library purchases the stamp, no policy about
notary use on personal time,  we do not advertise this service.
We have used the Columbus Bar Association for questions and purchase their
Notary booklet.
