[OPLINLIST] Reference Support Staff Position

The Grandview Heights Public Library (Columbus, OH) is seeking a Support Staff position in the Reference Department.

The position provides basic to intermediate reference service to patrons of all ages.  The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable helping patrons with a variety of technology including Microsoft Office applications, eReaders, Smartphones, and tablets. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to multitask when the Reference desk is busy and work independently when required.  Prolonged periods of sitting or standing are required at times.
