[OPLINLIST] More details on eRate

Hello all,

Just a quick update that  both the FCC<http://www.fcc.gov/page/summary-e-rate-modernization-order> and  ALA (attached) have released summaries of the new eRate rules. They are both very thorough though a bit dense. My advice is don’t read them before you have your morning coffee. :) Also of interest is USAC’s page on eRate<http://www.usac.org/sl/tools/modernization-order/default.aspx> and ALA’s District Dispatch blog post<http://www.districtdispatch.org/2014/07/176-pages-many-hours-distilled-summary-july-11-e-rate-order/> on eRate.
