[OPLINLIST] Ancestry Library Edition May statistics

Some of you have noticed that May usage statistics for Ancestry Library Edition are not yet available. We just received the following information from ProQuest Customer Service:

"ProQuest is currently experiencing technical problems with Ancestry usage reports for May. We are asking customers to continue to periodically try accessing usage. We do not have an estimated resolution time. We apologize for the inconvenience."


Once we determine this problem has been resolved, OPLIN will send out another message to our lists to let you know.
