The Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library seeks a Main Library
Manager. This position is responsible for supervising and managing the Main
Library; including hiring, supervision, and training of staff; overseeing
maintenance of the collection and equipment in the building; working with
other managers to plan and present programming at the library; maintaining
good relations with the public, including resolving patron questions and
complaints; managing specialized genealogy and local history research
services; and purchasing materials for the library system as assigned.
Candidates must have an ALA-accredited MLS degree and 2 years of
professional experience in a library or education setting. Salary begins at
