[OPLINLIST] HealthCare Opt-Out Plan/Incentive

OPLIN libraries:

With the rise of healthcare costs, I'm wondering if there are any libraries out there that have a Healthcare Opt-out Plan/Incentive for their employees.  If so - how is your policy setup and what is the dollar amount of the payment/incentive to have an employee opt-out of your health insurance plan?

Any input would be appreciated.
