[OPLINLIST] Circulation question: Notification cycle and final bill

Hello all,

I'm gathering data on what other libraries in Ohio do for notifying patrons of overdue items and receiving that final bill. Here at CCPL, the first three notices are either phone/print/email unless patron has designated mail only. All bills are printed and mailed.

When do you send:

First notice (# of days after due date)

Second notice

Third notice

Bill/billing statement
