The right mix of clarity, charisma, vision and persuasion add up to a successful business pitch to investors...or does it? The Hudson Library & Historical Society's 2015 Entrepreneurship Series' Distinguished Speaker, Dr. Lakshmi Balachandra, will outline the "art of the pitch."

Assistant Professor Balachandra of Babson College in Massachusetts, the country's leading school of entrepreneurship, is an expert in improvisation, negotiation and entrepreneurial pitching and is also a Fellow in the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. The Entrepreneurship Series Distinguished Speaker event is made possible with funds from the Burton D. Morgan Foundation.
