[OPLINLIST] PC reservation and minors policy

Hi all--

We currently require minors to have parental consent to access the internet
computers. However, what if a minor uses another patron's card, who has
internet permission, to log on to the internet computers using PC
reservation (or similar software)? Does anyone have a policy regarding
minors using another patron's card to access the internet via PC
reservation?
