[OPLINLIST] Volgistics or VicNet Question

Hi All,

Our library currently uses Volgistics to manage our teen and adult
volunteers, but we don't currently use VicNet or any other web based
product for our volunteers.  Can any one with volunteer software experience
tell me a little more about VicNet or similar products?  We are looking for
something that provides the following functionality:

1.  Ability for volunteers to sign in using either a unique number or a
username/email/password
2.  Calendar with all available volunteer shifts listed
3.  Volunteers can click a "sign up for this shift" type button and reserve
a volunteer shift
4.  Email reminders are sent out for that shift
5.  Once a shift is taken, it is either greyed out or disappears.
6.  Volunteers can't see the name of other volunteers or when they signed up
7.  Software limits the amount of shifts one login can reserve.
