[OPLINLIST] Travel Expenses for Candidates who Interview

Please share your policy and/or past practices for candidates (Director
level) who travel  over 50 miles to come to the interview.  Do you cover
their travel expenses?  Per mile if they drive?  Airfare?  Meals/Lodging?
