The Hudson Library and Historical Society, a 5-Star Library, is seeking a highly-motivated, innovative, collaborative and service oriented professional to lead a busy Youth Services Department.  The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to customer service; be able to lead as well as work effectively as part of a team; have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to prepare statistical data and budgets; demonstrated ability with online media, services and software; and the ability to develop and implement dynamic library programming and outreach. Qualifications:


·       Master's Degree in Library/Information Science accredited by the American Library Association

·       5+ years of progressively responsible supervisory experience and/or project management

·       Knowledgeable about emerging technology trends

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; coding is a plus


Salary and Benefits:

Salary - $40,000.00 with a comprehensive benefits package.
